Delta Chi is now offering 3 month apartment rentals in the Delta Chi Chapter House. This is an ongoing offer. We have several 2-bedroom apartments available. The apartment layout provides plenty of room for two people, or even three, and includes private bathroom, full kitchen, and a large living room. The apartment is fully furnished, cable TV and Internet connection are provided. The house has its own well-lit parking lot equipped with a 24-hour video surveillance system. Within a 1/4 mile of Kettering University's campus, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to class.
A reminder that the Delta Chi Chapter House and surrounding house property are DRY. No alcohol is allowed in the house, nor is alcoholic consumption permitted anywhere on the property. The house is relatively quiet for those who need to study; however, there are plenty of activities that will be going on at the house throughout the term during those study breaks.
